- Proforma Invoice: After receiving your order, we’ll send a proforma invoice for the items you chose, packing, and shipping costs. You need to pay according to the invoice.
- Shipment Preparation: After payment, we’ll book the shipment, prepare the fish and documents, and ship within 7 days.
- Shipment Updates: We’ll keep you updated on the fish, schedule, and AWB number.
- Document Sharing: 1 day before shipment, we’ll send you a draft of the AWB, Health Certificate, Invoice, Packing List, and COO (if needed).
