Terms & Condition
- Price and Packing List: We will send you our price list and packing list.
- Flight Booking: We’ll provide you with flight options, and you choose the best rate and schedule.
- Proforma Invoice: After receiving your order, we’ll send a proforma invoice for the items you chose, packing, and shipping costs. You need to pay according to the invoice.
- Shipment Preparation: After payment, we’ll book the shipment, prepare the fish and documents, and ship within 7 days.
- Shipment Updates: We will keep you updated on the fish, schedule, and AWB number.
- Document Sharing: 1 day before shipment, we will send you a draft of the AWB, Health Certificate, Invoice, Packing List, and COO (if needed).
- Final Documents: On the shipment day, we’ll send you the actual documents via email.
- DOA Policy: We’ll guarantee 24-hour claim for death on arrival with photo/video evidence.
